Shipping Costs
Standard Delivery: Orders are dispatched the same day or the next working day after payment has been received and cleared. Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days. Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of your order. A surcharge may apply for particularly large or heavy orders.
We only dispatch orders on working days (weekends and public holidays are not considered working days).

For orders delivered to Germany, Ming Crystals Ltd is registered with LUCID, which is the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR). Producers/distributors pay a license fee to the dual system for the collection, sorting and recycling of the packaging they introduced to the market. Our Dual System partner is Activate by Reclay.
